extended entries

For those who use MoveableType, Aarson Shafovaloff has a way to make it so that extended entries open up in the same page rather than the archive page. It’s oh-so-neato. And the function name is “ChristIsImmanentInAllThings(youBet, justInCase).” Oh so funny.
