In case you’re dying to get it, the Prelinger Library also has the Bell System Technical Journal online, e.g. the first volume (1922):

Sweet! I found a booth selling “famous” issues of BSTJ (and other journals) at a rare book fair in Boston a few years ago. I noticed the seller was wearing a brass rat.
